1 Day- list your strengths jot down fine thing you like about yourself(suck as how you're a great friend) then put the list inside the front cover of note boo for instant boost each day.

2 Day- set an easy goal for the first eek of school or work like sign up for do something fitness excerise or else, chorus mini accomplishment help  you realize that bigger ones like snagging a part in the school or work.  really are within read

3 Day-  get a mani with mom or grab dad for pizza.
setting this thing time with the mind with your family always behind you this will give strength  one classes or work start and thing get totally stressful.

4 Day- Say like least
Practice talking to a mirror, try not to say um or like: speak in a loud.clear ton, and keep your shoulder back. When you talk like you believe in yourself, people will begin to take you more seriously.

5 Day- say thankful
just three thing you're grateful for and each night, odd three more. focus on thing that make you happy teaches you to think postivily and feel good, Which is the key to real confidence.
