ASL lesson

hi everyone!

ASL Lesson!

I always muttering myself to hurry walk fast to go bathroom in mall, office, school also everywhere, same time using my sign language "bathroom" everyone kept stare me and wondering what it is or what I said either? LOL

Some people use a twisting movement instead of the side to side shake.  Either is fine.

If you are talking about ASL (American Sign Language), then the entire sentence for "I have to go to the bathroom" in ASL can be used by merely using the one word sign for 'bathroom'.

1. This sign is made by using a 'T' handshape with your dominant hand. Using the 'T' handshape, you hold it in the air, about as high as your chest area.

1a. Hold your hand / the sign about 4 - 6 inches away from your chest/body area and from your wrist, simply shake the 'T' handshape.

In essence, you are 'just' signing the sign 'Bathroom' (or 'toilet'), but the rest of the sentence "I have to go to the _____" are all already understood with the context of your facial expression(s) and possible dance motions.

Change your label

"One mean insult can feel like it defines you "

Let me explains that how you see yourself is totally up to you.

At some point, we all end up on the receiving end of an awful insult. Maybe you're called the fat as your body, mature or zit face after a major breakout. it doesn't matter if  it's a joke or how hard you laugh it off- other people's taunts have a way of invading our minds, so each time we look in the mirror, it's like we're holding a magnifying  glass to our imperfections and they become all we see

Unfortunately, even as we out grow our labels the damage has been done and we can still let them define us. you might not even realize it, but these labels could be holding you back from doing what you really what to do. Maybe you act shy in class or a little timid around guys because somewhere inside you like the zit face that no one wants to talk to (even if your skin has clean for years!)
when you're internalized the label, it hurt you over and over.

So just like you'd never be caught dead using your first "screen name" ____________
it's time to unload those other labels that no longer define you and coming up with ones represent you now,the next time you find yourself not saying what you really want to say or avoiding eye contract with the hot guy at Starbuck because you still feel like a girl who isn't pretty enough or perfect enough realize that you get choose who you are from now on

"this month's goal"

I vow to change the labels other gave me and replace them with positive ones.

How to do it: create labels that you like come up with ones that celebrate your favorite features and remind you of all the things you're capable of achieving. ( if you have trouble, ask friends for held then give her a few great labels in the return.)

Stop say literally- out loud when you start obsessing over a flaw instead focus on features you love and play them up embraces what make you feel unique.

Think gorgeous tape your best picture to your mirror when you see yourself looking hot everyday you'll atomically start to think of yourself way.

Live a little luxe- give yourself a manicure or splurge on earring or shopping that make you feel great threading yourself well will help you feel beauty you are and enjoy it.

My experience past: When I feel same thing make me feel hurt or insult etc.
"boney or skinny," that's everyone called me after eighth grade high school open tour trip had left my clothes been style creative. I love my gorgeous cute style now but because of that one word I spent years trying to tame them no matter. how I feel great I looked, I always saw myself as the girl with bad hair also great style clothes but not being skinny girl.
